The weather forecast is not cooperating with us once again. Channels 4,5,8 & 11 have high rain chances but my two weather services that I use have anywhere from 70-90% chance of rain on Saturday. I really hate to do this but it’s not smart to play with Mother Nature. We will try once again on Saturday, May 18th. Thanks for your help and understanding.
The Duncan Switch Street celebrated its Ten Year Anniversary on Saturday, April 15th. In the previous years the market has launched new businesses and entrepreneurs.
The Duncan Switch Street Market is held nine months of the year on the 3rd Saturday of the month from March through November.
Named after the railroad switching tracks and train depot that helped found the city, the Duncan Switch Street Market is held on the third Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the intersection of Main and Center Streets in Downtown Duncanville.
Local businesses on Main Street will also have a variety of activities happening within walking distance of the market. Come on out and enjoy the market with us if you are within walking or biking distance. Get out and enjoy the weather.
